Enshore Subsea – Inch Cape Export Cable Works
Enshore Subsea, the contractor selected to install export cables for the Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm, is looking to expand its Scottish supply chain ahead of its 2026 work programmes.

Having already installed the first of two 85km export cables from the Port of Blyth, Enshore will carry out further cable installation and burial work as the project progresses. Companies that can supply items such as PPE, safety consumables, tooling, hire equipment, fasteners & fixings, lifting gear, fabrication & welding, industrial coatings, marine supplies and scaffolding are encouraged to make contact.

Fit For Offshore Renewables
Expressions of interest for the 2026 Scotland-wide Fit For Offshore Renewables (F4OR) programme are now open.

Businesses across Scotland looking to break into the offshore wind sector, scale up an existing presence in the industry or make the transition to renewable energy can now apply for this 12–18 month supply chain support programme.

Morgan Stanley Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures
Morgan Stanley Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures is a global accelerator programme designed to support early-stage startups and nonprofit organisations tackling challenges in areas such as environmental sustainability, economic inclusion, health and wellbeing and education.

Through a curated five-month accelerator, participating startups can receive equity investment, mentorship, dedicated workspace and access to Morgan Stanley’s extensive network of advisors, investors and industry experts.

ORE Catapult Launch Academy
Applications are now open for ORE Catapult’s Launch Academy, which supports UK small and medium-sized enterprises with innovative offshore wind solutions.

The 2026 national programme is looking for ambitious UK companies to address key challenges in areas such as sensing and inspection hardware, lifting and handling solutions, construction technologies, environmental impact reduction and broader industry innovation. A briefing webinar takes place at 2pm on February 18, and applications are open until March 25.

Offshore Wind Growth Partnership Innovation Funding
The Offshore Wind Growth Partnership (OWGP) has launched a £1 million innovation funding competition aimed at accelerating the development of near-market or market-ready technologies in the UK offshore wind supply chain.

The competition focuses on two priority areas: industrial foundations and substructures; and substations and electrical design. UK-based companies already active in offshore wind, as well as those looking to diversify into the sector, are eligible to apply for grants of £25,000–£200,000 per project.

Great British Energy Engagement Questionnaires
As part of the Energy, Engineered in the UK programme, Great British Energy is seeking insights to inform the design of its Supply Chain Investment Fund.

The fund will enable GBE to take commercial stakes across clean energy supply chains by investing in tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 UK-based manufacturers and the ecosystem that supports them. Members are invited to share their views through GBE’s engagement questionnaires. Responses will be collated by Scottish Renewables.
